Liability

Liability have been separated into Third Part Liability – TPL, and Passenger Legal Liability - PLL.

A common TPL claim is related to Third parties outside the airport. This can be caused by downdraft from Helicopters during low rescue flying etc. Damage to Houses, Cars and other outdoor equipment.
