Viking Air Claims provide Hull services to Insurers with an immediately response from the initial claim notification and instruction, where contact to the insured, aviation authorities, repair providers are initiated, following the claim closely. Reporting is based upon the Insurers guidelines and requirements.
In addition to VAC survey and Loss adjusting, we are able to provide Insurers with the service of aircraft recovery including accident site clearance to avoid unnecessary environmental cost. With the flexibility by tailoring the services to meet the Insurers requirements, we are able to provide a full survey and Loss adjusting, including a desktop survey where no survey is needed.
